So this past Sunday, I headed to Intuition Ale Works in Riverside where Edible Magazine was having another edition of their Sunday Supper. This event was a low country boil and potluck. Although it rained, it didn't put a damper on the event. Intuition Ale served up some great beer., while the staff from Moxie Kitchen & Cocktails cooked up a great meal. It's been forever since I've been to a low country boil. It was great seeing them cook it right in front of everyone, then dump it all on the table in front of you. It was a great foodie experience and I am glad I got to attend an event that brings different elements of the community together. From chefs, to food, beer, music, friends & family it all just came together.
