Good day fellow foodies. Well two things happened last night. I finally got to attend a Jacksonville Restaurant Review event & I also got to try Trasca & Co Eatery in Ponte Vedra. Two things I've been wanting to do, but haven't had the time. And I must say I wasn't disappointed at all.
The paninos were my favorite of the evening. My favorite was the Buffalo Bleu. It had Chicken, swiss, buffalo sauce, celery, and bleu cheese dressing. I love me some good buffalo chicken. The Minnesota Porridge was pretty damn good too. The only thing I wish is that Trasca was closer to where I live. But the food is definitely good enough to make the drive.
I got to speak with owners Sara & Travis and they're some of the nicest owners around. Listening to Sara speak about her passion and the hardwork put into Trasca & Co, made me happy. I love seeing someone's hard work and dreams payoff.
If you haven't been to Trasca & Co, you definitely need to make the drive down to Ponte Vedra and have a panino or two. Thanks to Jerry from Jacksonville Restaurant Reviews for putting together another great event.
